Federal Government has declared Monday, October 3, 2016 as public holiday to mark Nigeria’s 56th Independence Anniversary. The Honourable Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazau, while making the declaration on behalf of the Federal Government congratulates Nigerians at home and abroad on the commemoration of this year’s independence anniversary and assures them that Government is working assiduously to put in place various palliative measures to cushion the effects of the current economic challenges.
